All Reiki treatments are performed with the recipient fully clothed. You lie down on a padded massage table, with pillows and blankets provided for extra comfort.  Soft candlelight and soothing background music are utilized to promote relaxation.

The Practitioner then gently places her hands on the client’s body, beginning with the head. The Chakras are balanced and all organs and joints are treated.
